Paste stencils are accurate tools for applying solder paste during surface mount electronic assembly. Stencils are mounted in a large selection of industry standard frame sizes. Customers are welcome to return their frames for recycling and credit towards their future stencil requirements. The in house CAD department offers extensive Gerber editing and stencil design capabilities. Also offered are single component stencils and various flat plates. Stencils are shipped across Canada and the USA with all major couriers.

The Ottawa based team is small in number but large on customer service. Real people answer the phone and all your questions. Having produced laser cut stencils since 1995, PELA employees have provided many different stencil requirements. The staff also have extensive backgrounds in assembly and pcb fabrication. Most stencils are produced and shipped the same day as the Gerber paste files are received.  PELA understands that stencils have to be precise, repeatable, delivered timely and offered at an attractive price.
