The PreFeeder 4650 is the ideal feeding system for high performance cable processing lines with reels weighing up to 600 kg (1,320 lbs). The system is available in two versions. One version can feed fairly flexible cables up to 18 mm (0.71“) in diameter. Another version can feed less flexible cables up to 35 mm (1.38“) in diameter.

The system is characterized by rugged construction and a powerful drive. For easy reel handling, all axes are motorized. They are easily controlled by a simple remote control. Thanks to the special reel clamping and lifting concept, no heavy reel shafts or clamps have to be used. To conserve floor space, the cable accumulator is located on the top of the machine.
