With a completely sealed system, these pumps do not drip nor drool. Volumetric pumps ensure the success of applications like underfill, LED encapsulation, solder mask, silicones, conductive ink, conformal coatings, and more. Three PCD pump models are available for integration into your system with small or large volume requirements. The pump can be disassembled for cleaning in a matter of seconds. The drive system, being pneumatic, is designed for reliable, high speed operation, and can be serviced in the field when required. Wavy or uneven product surfaces do not affect the jetting pump because dispensing is typically performed 2 to 3 mm above the surface. By eliminating z axis motion and incorporating high speed pump operation, throughput is greatly increased. The NCM5000 is compatible with a wide range of fluids: UV curables, SMT glue, Underfills, LED encapsulants, and more.
