The DIVISIO Laser 3000 Compact is a space saving fully-automatic laser depaneling system for high production volumes. State of the art laser technology and a precise galvo-head enable high-speed coating ablation.

With a cutting accuracy of ± 100 μm and a repeat accuracy of ± 20 μm, the depaneling system ensures best quality cutting edges. A new vacuum transport and a footprint of only 500 × 2000 mm provide a very cost-effective inline laser marking solution.

Since no gripper is used then product specific adapters are no longer required which shortens the tooling times to under 30 seconds. The modular design means that numerous laser sources can be integrated with no change in the machine dimensions.
