Our Service, Quality and Speed are the basis of our success. CPC is a privately owned Company, established in 1984 by Dov Harpaz and currently employs nearly 100 staff. The manufacturing facility extends over 1500 sq.metres, located in the �hi-tech� Shaar Yoqneam Park near Haifa in the north of Israel. CPC is certified to ISO 9002. CPC has invested heavily in Research and Development with the objective of applying advanced technologies to new and innovative applications. It is this investment which has enabled us to gain extensive knowledge and experience in the sphere of keyboard manufacture and screen printing, allowing us to significantly extend the applications and range of products offered to our Customers including compliance to meet ESD, EN, DIN, MIL-STD, IP65, NVG, EMI and RFI standards. CPC�s workforce is of a high professional standard across all the disciplines, and provides a wide Engineering capability when offering planning and design services at the initial stages of new product development, helping in some cases, to select the most appropriate technology for the application. Throughout the Manufacturing process, the Engineers, Designers, Draftsmen and Production staff are complemented by some of the most advanced and sophisticated Production and Test equipment and Software packages available. CPC�s investment in Production equipment is highlighted by the new Class 10,000 (100,000) clean room assembly areas; the fully automatic �reel to reel� printing press that allows up to 1000 printing operations per hour and a dedicated Test Laboratory to ensure compliance to MIL-STD and other Standards. The Product Range Illuminated front panels - EL (Electro luminescent, Maximum size 500 x 500mm) Marketing and Sales Department The Marketing and Sales Department is staffed by specialists in most aspects of keyboard design and screen printing and with the additional support of the Engineering Department can offer highly reliable support and advice from the initial enquiry through to the final production design. Development and Engineering Department This Department has a team of Engineers, well versed in the fields of Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Software and Graphic design, with the capability to plan and develop a wide range of products to meet the exact requirements of the Customer. The use of the latest software packages including AutoCAD and CorelDraw enables us to provide both hard and soft copy artworks and mechanical �proofs� for approval prior to manufacture. Production Department Occupying over 1,200 sq.metres and employing nearly half the workforce, this Department comprises the Screen Print area with semi-automatic printing presses and a �reel to reel� press capable of operating fully automatic, at speeds up to 1000 prints per hour at a size of 600 x 500mm, particularly useful in very high volume applications. Within this area is a dedicated Laboratory to provide Color Matched inks. The Cutting Room is fully equipped with conventional Platen presses, a high precision Laser cutting machine and an embossing machine (maximum emboss height 0.7mm) The Finishing and Assembly areas comprise a semi-automatic laminating machine; a fully automatic tactile metal dome placement robot and two air-conditioned assembly rooms, one to Class100,000 (10,000?) standards Quality Assurance Department Since Quality with no compromise is our accepted culture, this Department implements in-process quality inspections, final visual and functional tests on a 100% basis. Test equipment comprises specialized ATE and instrumentation to ensure that the products, which leave our factory, are to the highest possible standard and meet all the requirements of our Customer.
