Fuji and Panasonic Machine Rebuild Services Description:

Service is available for all CP, IP, and QP series machines.

This is a complete inspection and rebuild of the machine. The machine is inspected for worn, misaligned, or broken parts. These parts are then rebuilt, repaired, or replaced as necessary. All mechanical linkages are adjusted to factory specs. It is then calibrated using the P.O.D. The statistical data measured at the time of calibration will be given to the perspective customer for evaluation.

3. X/Y table assembly
4. Conveyor system
5. D-axis table assembly
6. Vision processing system
7. Servo systems
8. Pneumatic and vacuum systems

This service is provided on or off site as needed.
