Magnetic Steel Flex, Rigid Flex and ioT Fixture Description:

BEST Inc. design and fabricates magnetic fixtures for ioT, flex and rigid-flex applications.

Made frommagnetized steel, these fixtures are designed and fabricated to hold flat flex circuits. They can be used for pick and place, coating, depanelizing and other SMT operations.  These custom-made magnetic fixtures can not only be held flat for SMT assembly operations but other magnets can also be used to make the inserting and removal of the flex simpler.

These are fixtures for ioT manufacturing small PCBs made from flex can be held in place in a single or multiple up configurations.

Already customizeed designs can eb sent in to BEST Inc.. Send us your IAutoCad, GERBER or other file format files and we can then send you a check plot to confirm what the pattern will be cutting out of the maximum material size of 24 x 30” (610 x 762mm). Holes as small as  .08mm can be cut in for tooling.

BEST Inc also supplies magnetized 20 mil (0.020” / 0.51mm) steel parts which are complex and need to be precision laser cut.  

Delivery for these custom designs is 3-5 days after order placement.
