JJS’s box build assembly capability is a key element of our total turnkey contract manufacturing solutions.

Complementing our printed circuit board level assembly, JJS Electronics’ provides a broad range of mechanical assembly, high level box build assembly and system integration services.
JJS Electronics’ box build services range from cable looms, backplanes, sub-module, complex electro-mechanical assembly and electro-pneumatic assembly, through to higher level integration and assembly of high mix, high complexity products. We offer sophisticated custom configure-to-order, system integration and test services prior to delivering to the end customer.

Your Box Build Assembly Solution
From a simple product assembly where we integrate a PCB into an enclosure, or a front panel assembly with display, full harness, connectors, switches and fuses, to the assembly of 19" rack module assemblies or full hard wire cabinet assemblies – we offer a complete box-build assembly solution. In addition, we have a wealth of experience producing complex ‘mechatronics’ products requiring bespoke configuration prior to despatch.

Our supply chain management group can procure all piece parts necessary including pneumatics, switches, timers and encoders plus plastics, custom metalwork and machined products.
