AREAS OF APPLICATION:

BiRAL ANTISEIZE prevents threaded fixings seizing at temperatures as high as 1,100ºC. whilst also operating under high pressures. A/S’s resistance to drying out enhances operations.

Obvious examples of applications are: All threaded fixings in industrial high temp. manufacturing situations. Manifold Bolts, Spark Plugs and wheel bolts etc. Brake Equipment, Clutch Shafts, Valves, Connections and Chains/Conveyors operating at high temperatures, Gaskets etc. Slack bolts will fit better

MODE OF OPERATION

BiRAL Antiseize prevents seizure: Reduces corrosion and the formation of rust. Bolts can be tightened more securely - torque is improved.

A/S is a high pressure resistant lubricant and is extremely resistant to water, naked flames and chemical attack.

A/S effectively prevents metal-to-metal contact and protects against galvanic corrosion.

Facilitates easy stripping down even of hot components.
