TMS is fully equipped to carry out simple to complex rework of assembled PCBs. We have successfully repaired many third party PCBs including Sony Playstation motherboards!

We can also undertake SMT modifications to rectify design faults, remedies can include component stacking, jumper wiring to SMT parts including QFP components or small PCB vias and track re-routing.

We can rework from 0402 size to QFP/BGA including Tants, Electrolytics and many other components. We use various hand tools for standard components and an IR Rework station for Removing & replacing BGA/QFP.

TMS also offer a cable/wiring harness repair service.
