The Technologies Group was founded in 1978. It was based on "Technologies" - a professional magazine aimed at providing technological information for the electronics industry in Israel.

Over the years, The Technologies Group has developed a basket of supplementary products, including “Technologies” a magazine that publishes 15 issues a year, “High Technologies” a large annual exhibition, Conventions Center with 40 conventions and seminars, "Technologies Buyers Guide" – a hi-tech buyers' guide, an interactive website to obtain price quotations for about 50,000 families of electronic items and "TechNews" - part of the series of Technology Group's e-zines.
