We can build your PCB's, subsystems. We have many years of experience building SMT PCB's. Our specialty is solving difficult SMT process assembly and design problems on complex PCB's. With our 4 automated SMT assembly lines (Siplace) we are capable of placing 298,000 SMD components per hour on PCB's. Every line equiped by 3D SPI and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system (also 3D). There are two X-ray inspection systems to checked the hidden solder joint like BGA or QFN component solder joints. There is an in-line PCBA coating line and automated PCB router is installed. Testing is possible like Flyingprobe or ICT and functional test.
