Pyralux® LF Copper-clad Laminate

DuPont™ Pyralux® LF has been an industry standard in high reliability applications in the avionics industry for over 30 years and has a proven record of consistency and dependability and is ideal for aerospace and military applications. Pyralux® LF acrylic based laminates are made with DuPont™ Kapton® polyimide film and are available in sheet form as single or double sided clads in a wide variety of thicknesses.

Pyralux® FR Copper-clad Laminate

DuPont™ Pyralux® FR is a commercial grade product ideal for industrial and telecommunication applications requiring flame retardancy. Pyralux® FR acrylic based laminates are made with DuPont™ Kapton® polyimide film and are available in sheet form as single or double-sided clads in a wide variety of thicknesses.

Features:

• High bond strength
• High thermal resistance
• UL 94 VTM-0 flammability rating
• Certified to IPC 4204/1

Pyralux® AP Copper-clad Laminate

DuPont™ Pyralux® AP has excellent thermal, chemical, electrical, and mechanical properties that make it ideal for use in high reliability rigid flex and multilayer flex circuitry and is commonly used in the avionics industry. Pyralux® AP is an all polyimide laminate constructed of polyimide film laminated to copper foil on both sides and is available in a wide variety of thicknesses in sheet form.
