JMD Tech Services LLC has over 20 years of experience supporting Vitronics and Vitronics Soltec reflow ovens as a former employee. I am proficient on the XPM3i, XP3, XPM2+, XPM2, XPM, Unitherm, Magnatherm, Isotherm models. I am able to supply limited support for the Acotherm, Radiantherm, and SMD model reflow ovens.
My services include (but are not limited to):
- Fault troubleshooting and repair
- Preventive manintenance
- Assistance with process development
- Advice an assistance with machine upgraded and modifications
- Training on machine software operation, troubleshooting and repair, and maintenance
- Advice and assistance with machine relocation
- PM contracts
