PCB Prototypes

For PCB prototyping, we are able to manufacture low volume single and double-sided PCBs to complex multilayer PCBs with blind and buried vias at affordable prices. We do not put any restrictions for prototype boards. For example, we don't charge extra depending on the number of drill holes needed like other companies do. We are committed to straight forward pricing that you can rely on every time. We don't nickel-and-dime our PCB customers with random service fees.

PCB Assembly

A variety of services can be offered, such as BGA ball, PCB assemblies, components plug-in, after welding and small batches production. Through hole and PCB assembly, both manual and automatic from 01005, 0201, 0402, 0603, etc. chips to SOP, PLCC, QFP, BGA, CSP, connector and odd shaped components. The whole process is ROHS compliance (lead free and environmental process).

Standard lead times Our standard prototype PCB lead time is 10 days, however, depending on the complexity of the boards and quantity, it could be longer. We also have 24 hour, 2 day, 3 day, 5 day and 10 day turnaround times available. Product quality assurance PCB board are all made of high quality grade A military material (sheet company can provide A certificate).Products are all free use AOI optical scanning + flying probe test, quality absolutely guarantee.
