Element Evaluations

DPA (Destructive Physical Analysis)
Full color reports are prepared for microcircuits, hybrids, discrete and passive components. Testing per MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-1580 and MIL-STD-750 is performed as well as X-ray and SEM.
