VERMES Microdispensing System MDS 3200+ can dispense SMT adhesive in high precision and in very small dots with low droplets diameter, but still reproducible amounts of dispensed medium. It can reach very high dispensing speeds with a maximum needles lift of more than 3000 Hz. Because of the extremely fast and precise up and down movement of the piezo, several hundred to thousand shots can be dispensed within a second. This valve can jet highest viscosity media with up to 2,000,000 mPas. The electronic controller allows users to change the dispensing parameters without delay, thanks to four parameter setups which can be changed in real time.
