Application:
The Multi Magazine Unloader Line Loader is designed for loading of PCBs. The unit loads your production line automatically by pushing PCB’s out of a magazine onto the conveyor of the downstream machine.
Main specification:
- Conveyor Height: 950 ± 30 mm (For SMT application), For AI application, please specify
- Flow Direction: Left to right (Right to left, please specify)
- Fixed Rail: Front (Please specify rear rail fixed)
- Machine Interface: SMEMA
- Component clearance: Bottom 30mm (Or specify)
- PCB Loading Time: ± 7 seconds
- Magazine Change-over Time: ± 25 seconds
- Pitch Control: 1-4, 10mm pitch (Or specify)
