Pneumatic One-side Forming System PFL-1 Description:

Pneumatic forming system adopts P-5000 pneumatic press that can perform down-pressure forming and avoid instability caused by manual press. The system includes an adjustable frame cutter and one side forming mold. It can cut lead frame and forming most of flat packaged chips for different sizes. The system is cost-effective, suitable for small-bath and multi-varieties of production in institute and military field.

1. Adjustable base.
2. Forming of four-side or two-side flat packaged devices, and all dimensions can be adjusted.
3. The adjustable holder is used for precise horizontal adjustment and suitable for different sizes of chip forming.
4. It can form all kinds of flat packages (top lead chip, middle lead chip and bottom lead chip)
5. Equipping with a digital micrometer, achieving free conversion   between metric and British system. Operator can easily set lead   parameters.
6. Mold is easy to replace in order to accommodate various lead material thickness, hardness and shape requirements. Two steps into a mold, cut, forming again.
7. Adjustable shearing module can be completed on all package types of lead frame removal work.
8. Standard mold can be completed 2.5 inch long part forming, forming large mold can be completed within the 4.5-inch devices.
9. Adjustable stand-off height, shoulder width, lead thickness and bend radius.
10. PFL-1 large mold can complete the forming work of device lead with body size of 4 "x 4" and thickness of 0.15 inch.
