Measuring principle:
The non-contact laser measuring instrument generates a linear beam from a laser, and projects a certain inclination angle to the target to be measured. Due to the height difference between the target and the substrate, the observed target and the laser beam on the substrate appear intermittent drop accordingly. The trigonometric function relationship can use the observed drop to calculate the height difference between the target to be measured and the surrounding substrate, thereby realizing non-contact fast measurement.
