We have a Tokyo Seimitsu A-WD-5000A Wafer Dicing Saw available for sale.
Unit has been power tested. Lights on the control display and the boards come on.
Unit has some heavy wear from previous usage and transport. Doors have some dents and dings. Plastic panels on the lids have some cracks and will need repair.
The unit looks pretty complete but may have other issues we are not aware of.
