ATExpo is the only all-assembly trade show and technical conference in the USA dedicated solely to the function of assembling discrete products. ATExpo is located in the Midwest, the heart of the domestic manufacturing hub where nearly fifty percent of discrete manufacturing occurs. The show began in 1979 and last year occupied over 170,000 square feet of show floor where nearly seven hundred exhibitors were impressed by the quality of attendance.
Of particular interest is the Electronic Assembly Pavilion, which featured more than two hundred companies showcasing the latest electronic assembly products and services. It is the largest Midwest electronics assembly event. Following an addition to the exhibit hall in 2001, the convention center now has the capacity to showcase more than ever before and provide access to more products, services, and information.
The 12,048 attendees from last year ranged from manufacturing engineers, design engineers, and production engineers to corporate management from Fortune 500, medium size, and small companies related to assembly operations from the automotive, household appliance, telecommunications equipment, medical equipment, office equipment, computer, and scientific instrumentation industries.
For standard booths, show floor space is $29 per square foot and $28 per square foot for SMTA members. For more information on exhibiting at ATExpo visit atexpo.com or contact Rich Askintowicz, Reed Exhibitions: raskintowicz@reedexpo.com or 203-840-5390.
