This workshop will introduce the most important elements needed for a successful PCB cleaning process and will discuss cleaning agent technologies and equipment available in the industry. Additionally, the event will review different process control tools and methodologies as well as various types of flux residues and the challenges they pose. Hands-on demonstrations will complete the one-day seminar. The same workshop will be held on two dates in two California cities:
