Bob Ferguson has been appointed PWB General Manager, North America. Mr. Ferguson has over 20 year's experience in the circuit board industry and was most recently PWB Vice President Sales and Marketing, North America. During his 13-year tenure with Shipley, he has held various management positions in sales and marketing. Prior to joining Shipley, Mr. Ferguson was a Marketing Director for Morton Electronic Materials. Mr. Ferguson will relocate from Mission Viejo, California, and be based in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
Jean-Pierre Robic has been appointed PWB General Manager, Europe. Mr. Robic will retain his roles as Shipley Vice President, Europe and Microelectronics General Manager, Europe. In this new capacity he will have regional strategic responsibilities for both PWB and Microelectronics. Mr. Robic came to Shipley in 1983 and has held positions with increasing responsibility for the European Microelectronics organization. Before joining Shipley, he was a Photolithography Engineering Manager for IBM's Microelectronics division. Mr. Robic will continue to be based in Paris, France.
Collectively, Messrs. Ferguson and Robic succeed Carol Eicher, former PWB Vice President and General Manager, North America and Europe.
Wolfgang Schiller has been named to succeed Sean Fitzgerald as PWB Director Sales and Marketing, Europe. With more than 30 year's experience at Shipley, Mr. Schiller has held various positions in sales, technical support and business management. He will also continue in the capacity of PWB General Manager, Shipley GmbH Germany and be based in Birkenfeld, Germany.
