Jul 09, 2003 announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange
Commission for a proposed offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock. All
shares are being sold by Innovex. Innovex intends to use the proceeds of the
offering to reduce outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes,
including working capital and capital expenditures. The offering is being managed
by SG Cowen Securities Corporation, C.E. Unterberg, Towbin and Craig-Hallum
Capital Group LLC. Innovex has agreed to grant an option to the underwriters to
purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments.
