Juki Automation Systems, a world-leading provider of automated assembly products and systems and part of Juki Corporation, announces that VirTex Enterprises has discovered productivity gains in the storage of critical components since purchasing the Juki ISM 2000 Fortress. After receiving the fortress, VirTex discovered a plethora of ways it could be used to enhance productivity and lower labor costs.

VirTex purchased the ISM 2000 shortly after viewing the system at its APEX debut in February. VirTex has quickly discovered additional advantages and uses for the system, which has exceeded the company’s initial expectations. VirTex houses critical components that require sub five percent humidity storage, and the Fortress is a dynamic storage solution that reduces the need for larger stock rooms, reduces labor costs for pulling and stocking inventory, and provides better inventory control functions with VirTex’s MRP system.
