Bliss has merged the basic design between the three to reduce the part count and, therefore, reduce the cost to manufacture each of these products. These manufacturing costs are being passed onto Bliss customers through significant price reductions.
In addition, several other Bliss products will be undergoing face-lifts and are slated to emerge with fresh looks. All products will maintain the Bliss look and feel, they will just be easier to move and easier to use in several cases.
Each of these products is designed for specific but unrelated applications in the process of electronics assembly. Bliss engineers have earned quite a reputation for designing well-built products and this change clearly shows how the impact of continuous improvement and design for manufacturing make significant differences in a company's success,' said Ken Bliss CEO VP of Engineering.
