Umut Tosun, Application Technology Manager, ZESTRON, will showcase the ZESTRON® Flux Kit, Resin Kit and Bath Analyzer. The Flux and Resin kits are non-destructive methods that identify the presence and local distribution of residues through a specific color reaction on the board surface. The ZESTRON® Flux test detects the presence of carboxylic-based flux activators whereas the ZESTRON® Resin test detects resin based residues. The ZESTRON® Bath Analyzer is a simple to use process tool that enables real time and accurate concentration measurement for both fresh and contaminated cleaning baths for both pH neutral and alkaline cleaning agents.
The Assembly Cleaning, Testing and Coating Workshop will be hosted by ZESTRON, Aqueous Technologies, Humiseal, and Alpha at ACI Technologies, 1 International Plaza, Suite 600, Philadelphia, PA, 19113, from 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM. Participants have the option of attending this free-of-charge, collaborative event on Wednesday, April 3rd or Thursday, April 4th.
