ZESTRON, the global leading provider of high precision cleaning products, services and training solutions in the electronics manufacturing and semiconductor industries, is pleased to announce the release of the Spring 2016 edition of the ZESTRON News. This edition features the next step in concentration monitoring and management, the ZESTRON® EYE CM, and an excerpt of the two latest technical studies: PCB Cleanliness Assessment Methodologies – A Comparative Study and Thermal Profile Variation and PCB Reliability.
The ZESTRON® EYE CM is the latest addition to ZESTRON’s analytical accessories product line; specifically, concentration monitoring. Wash bath solution is continually pumped through the ZESTRON® EYE CM for real-time concentration analysis. An integrated PLC receives and interprets the data and actuates the ZESTRON® EYE CM pumps to accurately dose DI-water and cleaning agent concentrate into the wash bath as required; thereby, maintaining the desired concentration level.
Additionally, excerpts are included from the technical papers as originally published in the proceedings of IPC APEX, Las Vegas, NV, March 15th-17th. Finally, learn more about the latest education opportunities provided by ZESTRON Academy throughout the year as well as a personnel update from ZESTRON Americas. To request a copy of either technical paper in its entirety, please email infousa@zestron.com.
