LCR-Reader and Smart Tweezers LCR- and ESR-meters have become a fundamental device for testing and troubleshooting SMD to those who have used them. These lightweight devices are able to measure components as small as a 0201 size by combining sharp gold plated tweezers with a powerful multimeter. When grasping a componet, the device will automatically determine the type of component and best test parameters before measuring with a high basic accuracy. All measurement results, including any secondary values, are instantly displayed on the OLED screen.
The LCR-Reader offers users a lower-priced device while still retaining functionality and a 0.5% basic accuracy. In 2016, Siborg created a calibration fixture that was certified by Navair Technologies, granting the ability to provide NIST traceable calibration for LCR-Reader.

The Smart Tweezers models offer a 0.2% basic accuracy and extensive menus that allow for better customization of measurements.
