TV-1000 TWEEZER-VAC� tool allows a variety of parts from 2.54 mm (0.10") to several inches in diameter to be handled. The long-life diaphragm vacuum pump generates up to 10" of mercury with an open-air flow of 2.3 lpm. This ESD-safe unit connects to a ground through a three-wire power cord. Accessories include small-parts tips to handle items as small as 100 �m and pick-up heads with two or three pick-up points to handle elongated or larger parts. Systems are available in 110 or 220 V 50/60 Hz. Prices start at US $198.50.
DTV-2000 TWEEZER-VAC� Dual Vacuum System is an ESD-safe, general-purpose dual vacuum handling tool that plugs directly into 110 V 50/60 Hz. For use by one or two operators, the tool can be used with two different sized vacuum tips simultaneously. The long-life diaphragm vacuum pump generates up to 6" of mercury with an open air flow of 1.7 lpm on each side, and the unit can handle a variety of parts used in today's industry. This unit connects to ground automatically with a three-wire power cord. DTV-2000 comes complete with numerous features including a lighted on/off switch, whisper-quiet operation, long-life pump, a set of nine vacuum tips, #VCS-9-B, rubber no-skid feet, side mounted handle holders for both pens and more.
