1. Filter
The filter plays the role of compression and filter pressure during the SMT process，make sure the air is clean，If there is dirt on the filter，then the filtering effect is not good，this directly affects the placement effect. When maintaining equipment, get into the habit of changing filters regularly, It is usually replaced once a month, filters are consumable accessories. So you have to have a certain amount of inventory.2. Reflector cap and reflector
The reflector is used for component electrodes, detection of component size and nozzle number. If any of the above three types of functions are not recognized during the patch process, the reflector and the reflector cap shall be inspected or replaced.3. Conveyor belt
The conveyor belt is used to transfer the target board when mounting. The belt will wear in the long term, when worn to a certain extent, it will break. Therefore, at least one backup copy is needed for backup replacement in daily use, and for some frequent wear and tear parts can be backed up multiple.(MOJE-H806 High precision multi-function flexible pick and place machine）
4. Air cylinder
The cylinder is generally used in combination with electromagnetic valve in the SMT pick and place machine. Have the function of lifting and stopping, In the structure of the pick and place machine, the cylinder is widely used. For example, the cylinder used on the head can set whether the head is used or not, stop motion. Cylinder expands according to the signal of the solenoid valve. Make table rise and fall etc. There will be wear or dust in the cylinder during operation, should check regularly. Common problems include:a. Compressed air is not clean, causing the cylinder expansion is not flexible or not in place. This should be cleaned immediately.
b. Air leakage may be aging of the sealing ring, which can be replaced.
c. The piston is worn out and the cylinder is replaced.
5. Bearing
Bearings play two roles.a. Limit, bearing limit refers to that the fixed shaft can only achieve rotation, but cannot carry out axial and radial movement.
b. Support means to bear the radial load of the shaft. The bearing can be divided into axial bearing, ball bearing and thrust bearing. Bearing is a standard part widely used in pick and place machine structure, If run for a long time, wear will appear. Therefore, it should be checked regularly. If the bearing is found to have radial movement, which affects the normal operation of the equipment, it should be replaced immediately to ensure smooth operation. Such as the pick and place machine used in the joint bearings and rolling bearings.
6. Synchronous belt
The synchronous belt is composed of a circular belt with an equidistant tooth profile on the surface and a wheel with corresponding matching. It combines the advantages of belt drive, chain drive and gear drive. When working, the power is transmitted through the meshing of the tooth with the tooth groove of the wheel. Synchronous belt transmission has an accurate transmission ratio, which can obtain a constant speed ratio, no slip difference, small noise, stable transmission, vibration-absorbing, large transmission ratio range, generally up to 1 to 10, allowable linear speed up to 50m/s, and transfer power from several watts to kilowatts. High transmission efficiency, generally up to 98 %, compact structure, suitable for multi-axle transmission, pollution-free, non-need of lubrication, so it can work normally in places where pollution and harsh working environment are not allowed.
