ACD (Automated Circuit Design), a leading supplier to the electronics industry, announces the implementation of MaxQ Technologies Inc.’s Supply Chain Planning (SCP) module at its plant in Richardson, TX.
MaxQ’s SCP module enhances Microsoft Dynamics SL with advanced replenishment methods that focus on planning the supply chain. The software integrates seamlessly with all MaxQ Supply Chain Management Series modules, and leverages data from existing distribution and order management systems to improve supplier management and fulfillment processes. Additionally, the SCP module combines inventory replenishment, material requirements planning and distribution requirements into one easy-to-use system.
“The addition of a high-end MRP system such as MaxQ allows us to leverage our customers’ forecast for better pricing, while also being able to respond quickly to their market fluctuations,” commented W. Scott Fillebrown, President & CEO.
“In today’s competitive business climate, companies need to look for innovative ways to stay one step ahead. Investments that improve supply chain operations and visibility help companies make that leap – which result in better business performance and customer satisfaction. More on-time deliveries, less out-of-stocks and lean but effective inventory strategies enable companies to adapt to business changes easily. With their investment in leading-edge software to drive supply chain enhancements, we are more than confident that ACD is poised to continue to be a market leader and provide customers with a stellar experience now and into the foreseeable future,” commented John Pavain, President MaxQ Technologies.
