The Balver Zinn Group announces that Cobar Solder Products Inc. will exhibit Balver Zinn water-soluble LF3237 Solder Wire in Booth #44 at the upcoming SMTA Upper Midwest Expo and Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the Embassy Suites in Bloomington, MN. LF3237 is a high activated water soluble flux formulation for special applications.
LF3237 Solder Wire shows excellent soldering and wetting performance even on difficult surfaces. Due to the high halide content of 1.2 percent, LF3237 performs very well on all available PCB finishes. Additionally, the residues are easily removed with water.
The water-soluble LF3237 wire is available standard in the SN100C, SAC305 and SAC387 alloys with a standard flux content of 2.2 percent. Lead-containing alloys are available on request. Balver Zinn wires are available in diameters from 0.2 to 3.5 mm.
Balver Zinn and Cobar offer solder bar, solder wire, solder flux, gel flux, cleaner and solder paste. For more information about Balver Zinn’s LF3237 Solder Wire or the company’s complete range of solder materials, visit www.balverzinn.com or www.cobar.com.
