GKG’s most popular GL Fully Automatic Screen Printer designed for printed circuit boards (PCB) with a maximum size of 510 x 510 mm will be demonstrated in Juki’s high-mix line. The printer comes standard with advanced features such as Stencil Position Memory (SPM), Auto Pressure Check (APC), auto PCB thickness adjustment, a combination of top/side PCB clamping function and bottom-side PCB support pins locating guidance system.
Additionally, the GL features a rigid and stable machine body base structure to perform accurate paste printing for 01005 components. The printer provides numerous benefits to users including a core cycle time of less than 8.5 seconds, and intuitive operation for quick and easy model changeover.
Also on display, the PMAXII Large Format Fully Automatic Screen Printer also will be demonstrated in Juki’s LED / odd form advanced technology line. The screen printer supports heavy boards with lengths up to 48", utilizing a patented mathematical calculating algorithm to ensure the machine’s high accuracy printing alignment.
