Company will hold live demonstrations in booth #2335 showcasing three of their X-Scope line of X-Ray inspection solutions.
Scienscope International, a leading supplier of optical, video and x-ray inspection solutions for the electronics industry, will showcase their X-Scope X-Ray Inspection Systems at this year’s APEX, held in Las Vegas, Nevada from March 25-27, 2014. Live demonstrations of their X-Scope 1800, X-Scope 2000 and X-Scope 6000 machines will be held in booth #2335.
Scienscope’s X-Scope X-Ray Systems are highly customizable, with the ability to mix and match cabinets, x-ray tubes, x-ray detectors and image processing features to easily adapt to any application. Their ratio of floor space to inspection area offers a compact design for easy part loading. The X-Scope line features five machine platforms to accommodate a wide variety of applications, including circuit board, medical device, solar panel, metal casting, LED, automotive and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Their systems include a range of 90kv to 130kv micro-focus x-ray tubes (down to 5 micron focal spot); programmable motion control (up to 6 axis manipulation); intuitive inspection and measurement software; and digital flat panel image detectors (16,000 shades of grey). The front panel detector provides significantly improved field of view, as opposed to traditional image intensifiers (IIs), and also reduces inspection cycle. The X-Scope product line offers a variety of machine designs and advanced measurement software with an intuitive interface. The systems are so user friendly that a dedicated operator is not required.
In their booth they will be showcasing three systems including:
The Scienscope X-Scope 1800 is the latest addition to the X-Scope Series featuring a wide inspection area with tilting X-Ray tube capability. Additional features include:
- 90kV-5 micron focal spot
- Full featured image processing CPU with 23” LCD flat panel monitor
- Simple point and click routines
The Scienscope X-Scope 2000 is a full featured, high-performance system. Its features include:
- 4”X3” high resolution digital flat panel detector
- 70° oblique angel viewing
- Larger inspection stage--22”x21”
The Scienscope X-Scope 6000 is a digital fully programmable CNC controlled system that allows operators to program inspection and measurement routines with point and click ease. Its features include:
- High power 130kV 5 micron closed x-ray tube
- 5”x5”/4”x3” high resolution digital flat panel image detector
- 1,000X System Magnification
- Mega pixel mapping camera with zoom window for easy location and identification of faults
