This domain change will help STI remain easily at hand for its customer base.
With a recent website redesign that places more emphasis on ecommerce, combined with an easier-to-remember web address, the result is expected to be a greatly improved customer experience.
“Changing our domain name was a big decision that required quite a bit of effort,” said David Raby, President/CEO. “Unfortunately, our old domain name was long and difficult for our customers. With this change, I’m sure I’ll be seeing a lot of positive feedback from customers and employees alike.”
