ITW EAE Wins Global Technology Award for the Camalot Prodigy's Dynamic Dual Head Dispensing Technology

The Prodigy Dual Lane (DL) dispenser was developed to meet the demands of automotive and semiconductor manufacturers who are looking for ways to increase productivity. The platform is available in a compact 830mm wide 4 zone system or the larger 1270mm 6 zone system giving the ability to process a wide range of product sizes.

Camalot NuJet and DDH (Dual Dynamic Head)

ITW EAE is proud to announce that it has earned a coveted Global Technology Award for the Patented Dynamic Dual Head (DDH) dispensing technology for the Camalot Prodigy Dispenser. The Award was presented to Camalot Prodigy Business Manager, Hugh Reed and Engineering Manager Scott Reid during a ceremony at Productronica in Munich Germany.

Dynamic Dual Head™ (DDH) offers the unique ability to double dispense speed while maintaining the highest level of accuracy for both dispense pumps. The patented design corrects for part-to-part rotation in “real-time” allowing synchronous dispensing of both pumps. The DDH is designed for any step and repeated product including Semiconductor packages, PCB’s, flexible circuits and panel designs. The ability to pitch the pumps from 28mm to 160mm with any pump type allows an extremely broad range of use within all market segments associated with electronics assembly.
