PEC (Pattern Error Correction) Assembly D.B. contains the camera

and lens, cables and hardware, and the LED arrays that provide lighting for

the camera. The SMT PEC D.B. is is the downward looking inspection apparatus

of the Dual Beam Platform machine (GSM2). It observes the registration

marks (fiducials) on the circuit board as the head passes over the board.

The PEC provides images of the fiducials to a special machine vision computer.
