This unit consists of two boards, and is used to control the DI/DO signals of the conveyor:
I/O BOARD CONVEYOR ASSY (KM5-M4582-xxx)
I/O BOARD CORE ASSY (KM5-M4560-1xx)
Applicable models:
Later model full vision mounters, including tray changers and YHP-1.
Compatibility:
The KM5 CONVEYOR I/O board is upwards compatible with the KG2 CONVEYOR I/O board.
When replacing the KG2 board, connect CNX1 and CNX2 instead of CN9 and CN10 respectively.
