EPTAC will be providing online live IPC Training Course presented by a Master (MIT) instructor using a video conferencing format. Following are the dates for the IPC-A-610 Specialist (CIS) Certification Training Course: February 8-10, March 1-3, March 22-24, April 12-14, May 3-5, May 24-26, June 14-16, July 12-14, August 3-5, August 23-25, September 13-15, October 4-6, October 25-27, November 8-10, December 13-15 This 3-day, live online course, suitable for both certification and re-certification, utilizes the images in the IPC-A-610 inspection document to provide visual accept/reject criteria examples for all three classes of assembly production–in both lead and lead-free. The IPC-A-610, “The Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies”, is the most widely used inspection specification for the PWB assembly industry. The IPC-A-610 specification is the focal point of this course and will be covered in its entirety. As part of the requirements for certification and re-certification, students must score at least a 70% on each exam. |
