Check for anything that may contact while activating Z tower (support, wire, connector, etc) I also saw one day a lost PCB causing that kind of problem ?!?!?!?

There is also plastic link on the shaft that raises your Z-Table that may have come lose or broken. Is the Z-Table able to move up and down in Supervisor mode?

Try raising the table in Calibrate mode. Sensor or Tactile connector could be contacting the underside of the rails and overloading the axis. Check for 24V on the Z-axis brake. Check the fuse(F5) and voltage to the driver. Check DIP switch setting. How much does it move before the error?
