Our SMT production and storage area is air-conditioned, constant temperature is maintained but the humidity is not controlled , the raw SMT material is stored in a "Drier" cabinet, but since we assemble hybrid SMT and thru-hole PCB assemblies, the SMT subassemblies are not kept in a humidity controlled environment. What is the optimum humidity for assembled SMT components.

Handling requirements of all classifications of moisture sensitive devices is found in J-STD-033.

It really isn't an issue for most parts unless they're going to reach reflow temperature again, which is unlikely unless you're removing a nearby component with hot air or they're on the bottom and will be waved (not recommended for moisture sensitive parts regardless). Hopefully they don't reach reflow temps on top during wave.

Granted, you also don't want to leave anything sitting around in 90% humidity for any length of time because something is liable to grow on it.
