Hi. We have changed our produktion from high volume to medium/low and have to start hunting change-over time. We have a lot of products with two sides and the settings of pins in the DEK 265 and Fuji QP242 machines when running b-side takes to long time. We have tried the Formflex from DEK that didn't work and are now using Gridlock, that do work, in one DEK. Those Gridlock can be fitted into the Fuji QP:s as well but there is a problem, the price... Do any of you have another solution or products for this that you can recommend for us?

Hi Joakim,

I do not know the QP242 table, but on our GP-341, CP-IV-2 and IP-III we make a plate from plexiglass with milled holes to show where the supports go for each board. This is not as fast as the Gridlock but does not cost nearly as much.
