Has anyone had any experience using REM Oil for their feeders or other SMT Applications? I have talked to a few techs around the states and they said it is some of the best lube for feeders. Just looking for some feedback, Thanks.

If you are talking about the REM oil sold for guns then I would not use it personally. B.T.W. REM oil has teflon in it.

I quit using it on my guns because of its poor performance. It now resides in my garage...I use it to lube the axles on my push mower.

If you are looking to a cheaper alternative to Biral, use WD40. AeroShell turbine oil also works well, but I am not sure if you cant still get it.

Maybe look into oil used for lubing sewing machines.??

Personally, I would stick with the Biral. I have had over 15 years of hands on experience with it...expensive but performs exceptionally.

Again this is only my opinion. Have never actually used the REM oil on SMT stuff.

Would the Teflon in the lube help or hinder the situation? I would think that it would be able to withstand some of the friction and dust issues a little better.

Maybe.. But before I started using it on everthing, I would set up an experiment.
