Large Area Stencil Printing

I asked the stencil house we go to for quote on 29"x29" & anything larger stencil.

Your board size converts to just 16.22"x26.9685". I don't know the next stencil size after 20"x20". Maybe, common is 29"x29"?

I also asked about "frameless" stencils (www.qtsframe.com).

My stencil house said they can do largest at 36"x36" (framed) and then the sales person referred me to some manual printer website at: http://www.apsgold.com.

None of these websites mentioned about larger than 29"x29" printing capabilities.

But your size is within their printer's limit.

I told him for possible large size, 36"x36", especially framed, we may plan on doing LITERALLY MANUAL printing, using squeegee spread by hand. We do this anyway when all our printers are occupied, in service or for low volumn printing, small or large.
