Universal Instrments line balancer. Mergeing runfiles?

We have 2 universal instruments lines 1 with 120spindle and 11 spindle and another with 30 and 7 spindle.

our old line was the 120 and the 7. I was wondering if anyone knows of a easy way or a program that can merge runfiles from 2 or 3 machines so the universal line balancer software can rebalance the line.

Our current issues with the line balancer is that it wont merge run files so any changes made to the runfile such as place point updates, feeder locations, machine specific fids and xout marks, will be forgotten if we just rerun the balancer for the 2 new lines.

hand merging is a slow and painful process of opening both files up and copying and pasting all the info to 1 of the files and then renaming it widget-master.upf

The balancer also drops feeder locations witch causes a slightly smaller headache in its self (some alike files that are all run 1 after the other have feeders in the same spot for faster changeover).
