We've got a couple older MpM APHiE's running Windows NT operating system. The computers have USB ports but they don't recognize mass storage devices. They see the device in the port but won't use it. I'm far from a computer guru so don't know what to do. Can anyone recommend a good software add-on to get USB flash drives to work with NT?

You will need to find the drivers on-line and load them. NT is not plug and play. I also believe you are limited on the size of the storage device could be wrong it been a long time since I played with NT.
