If Chris can't help you with your TP9, check out Lewis and Clark (www.lewis-clark.com). They've been working with MyData's for quite awhile.

I receive no benefit from this recommendation.

Hi bill!

From my experience with the mydata machines we had a TP9-4 and a sadly to tell you that spare parts are getting difficult to find, ours we had to let it aside, and bought a new one, probably you should consider in the future buy a another mydata machine from the MY series
