Anybody know of a tool/manual punch and separate these instead of sidecutters very slow....

As I understand it, customized equipment for breaking the headers out can get fairly expensive.

I've used two methods to do these, other than using cutters. First, we bought a bandsaw to use for cutting. The only disadvantage to using the bandsaw was finding a saw blade that was thin enough for some of the connectors. The second method was a Dremel tool...and I was able to find rotary blades of sufficient thinness online to support cutting the tools out.

Either way, you still have to dedicate someone to sit there and do it; but, for the product we were working on, it was still cheaper to buy the 60p connector and cut it than to buy the pre-cut 12p connectors.
